We are a family owned business focused on organically growing microgreens so restaurants and individuals can enjoy and benefit from this flavorful and nutritious superfood. We began growing in early 2021 in our own property in West Hartford and we moved in July of 2021 into a space in the Swift Factory near Keney Park in Hartford. Using grow lights and climate control, we grow a wide variety of microgreens, including: radish, pea, sunflower, kale, broccoli, kohlrabi, beet, red cabbage, swiss chard, basil, cilantro, dill, and more.
