Hunts Brook Farm was started in the mid 1990's on one of the original 200 homesteads in the Town of Waterford. Considered a small family farm, HBF has focused on the production of high quality vegetables for the local community. While not certified organic, HBF has taken the CT NOFA farmers pledge since it was created and has never used synthetic chemicals on the property. HBF sells thru a CSA, wholesales to Fiddleheads Co-op, Foodworks Natural Food Store, Supplies The Essex , LaBelle Araura, And River Tavern Restauraunts. We also sell farmers market style on Tuesdays from 4-7 and Saturdays from 9-1 here at the Farm and on Sundays at the Chester Farmers Market.
