I am a small 10 acre farmer in Franklin CT. I am not certified organic but do belong to the CT Organic growers association. I am currently experimenting with no and low till farming techniques. I use cover crops, tarps, cardboard and use mostly grass mulches. I do not use sprays on most of crops and if I do use a spray they are organic (i.e., neem oil) and will list this. If I till I use a BCS tiller with a precision roller. I grow hard neck garlics, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, carrots, leeks, kale, peas, beans, various fingerling potatoes, summer/winter squash, pumpkins, melons, beans, lettuces, radishes and snap peas. I have some fruit mostly berries. I also growing some hops and small grains this year.
